Purchasing Clerk Order Processing

Process purchase orders accurately at NWC in Winnipeg, using Excel and Outlook to support Category and Replenishment teams. Help products move efficiently to stores.

As Purchasing Clerk, you will enter, review, and update purchasing information while supporting NWC’s supply chain. The role includes purchase order changes, warehouse requisitions, vendor records, and store inquiries. You will also prepare spreadsheets, manage requests, and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics.

• Enter, review, and update purchase orders accurately
• Process additions, deletions, and revisions based on business needs
• Generate warehouse requisitions supporting timely product movement
• Respond to store order inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain vendor information and purchasing spreadsheets

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills for multiple deadlines
• Previous office or data entry experience is an asset
