This senior individual contributor role serves an analytical business environment through global category management and strategic sourcing. Key Responsibilities:
Develop global mechanical category strategy and supplier footprint
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives following the CIPS process
Negotiate agreements, price lists, and contractual terms
Oversee budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-reduction programs
Monitor supplier performance and category results
Requirements:
Strategic sourcing and category management experience
Experience with mechanical components, castings, forgings, or plastics
Understanding of supplier management and procurement processes
Experience managing agreements, pricing, contracts, and performance
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Apply global category strategy, supplier management, and commercial negotiation expertise to strengthen mechanical procurement performance and resilience.
