Position: Maintenance Technician for Casino Grounds
Step into an impactful role as a Maintenance Technician focused on maintaining the Casino's outdoor spaces and performing urgent repairs as needed. This position is crucial in keeping the property pristine.

Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, you'll take charge of external maintenance, conducting regular inspections and addressing immediate repairs. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment throughout the year, including winter management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine external grounds inspections

• Maintain landscaping by cutting grass and removing debris

• Inspect the irrigation system for operability

• Complete minor maintenance of equipment and fixtures

• Manage seasonal snow and ice maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Preferred:
Grade 12 High School diploma

• Minimum one year experience in maintenance or grounds keeping

• WHMIS GHS certification required (can be obtained on the job)

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License mandatory

• Physically capable of fulfilling job responsibilities
