Position: Maintenance Foreman Focused on Facility Efficiency and Repairs
Drive facility maintenance excellence as a Maintenance Working Foreman. Ensure the safety and efficiency of structures and grounds, executing preventive measures and repairs effectively.

As a key team member, you will maintain the physical plant, drive a preventive maintenance agenda, and handle emergency repairs. This role also involves managing contractors to ensure compliance and security of all aspects of the facility. Traveling may be necessary for certain projects, enhancing overall system effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive maintenance of buildings and grounds

• Implement effective preventive maintenance practices

• Supervise contractor performance and compliance

• Manage equipment inventory and maintenance supplies

• Address urgent repairs, including snow management

Requirements:

• Valid Class G Driver’s License required

• Physical ability to perform essential duties

• Relevant Trade Certificate in HVAC, Electrical, or Carpentry needed

• Demonstrated strong attendance and commitment required

• Experience in facility maintenance is an asset
