In this full-time position, you will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on various building systems while conducting inspections of safety equipment. A solid background in building operations and a keen awareness of safety protocols are necessary to thrive in this environment. Your interaction with staff will allow you to represent Sodexo positively across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections of safety equipment

• Support preventive maintenance activities and work orders

• Respond to maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruptions

• Assist with vendor and contractor coordination

• Conduct general housekeeping and inspections

Requirements:

• Trade experience with Red Seal certification preferred

• Strong building operator background is a major asset

• Trustworthiness and reliability to work independently

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Familiarity with maintenance management software a plus
