As a Cleaner, your role is pivotal in maintaining cleanliness and safety in our community. You'll perform month-end deep cleaning and attend inspections for cleaning estimates. This position requires a proactive approach to general maintenance and small repairs to ensure our residents feel comfortable in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances and hallways
• Perform deep cleaning tasks monthly across different areas
• Attend inspections for cleaning quotes and upkeep
• Complete small repairs like painting and light changes
• Support exterior building maintenance as needed
Requirements:
• Familiarity with various cleaning products
• Basic computer skills for reporting and task management
• Ability to travel between locations as required
