Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute department maintenance strategies

• Ensure quality adherence to safety and equipment standards

• Coordinate purchasing and inventory management of supplies

• Manage staffing and develop maintenance personnel

• Take necessary actions for operational sustainability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality maintenance management

• Journeyman certification in HVAC or Plumbing is an asset

• Strong knowledge of equipment and maintenance processes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with maintenance management software
