Live-in Custodian

Position: Edison Properties Live-in Custodian
Join the Edison Properties family in Winnipeg as a live-in Custodian. Help maintain our buildings and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.

We seek a dedicated Custodian who can oversee building upkeep as a supportive team member to the Resident Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling snow removal, and communicating tenant needs. You will also participate in after-hours on-call rotations for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in all building common areas

• Operate machinery such as snow-clearing equipment

• Monitor supplies and maintain cleaning logs

• Assist with tenant inquiries and apartment showings

• Ensure security and safety of the property

Requirements:

• Experience in property management or building maintenance

• Capability for demanding physical tasks

• Knowledge of hand and power tools

• Must live onsite and participate in on-call schedule

• Maintain a clear Criminal Record Check requirement
