Become a Custodial Caretaker B rge Johnson Middle School with the Evergreen School Division. This position emphasizes a commitment to cleanliness and working independently.
This position entails 8 hours per day, working from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Candidates must have at least a Grade 12 education, with preference given to those demonstrating relevant experience. Attention to detail and understanding of workplace safety protocols including WHMIS and MSDS are essential for maintaining a healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain hygienic cleaning standards across the school
• Conduct snow removal and floor maintenance duties
• Operate independently while achieving high cleanliness standards
• Lift weights of up to 40 lbs for various tasks
• Familiarize with safety and hazardous materials protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant training or experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the position
• Valid Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record Check
