In this role, you will implement preventive maintenance schedules and document equipment inspections under the guidance of the Shop Manager. Your expertise in electronic building systems will aid in contractor management and developing operational procedures. Collaborating on safety training, you will ensure a seamless preventive maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for diverse systems
• Plan and document commissioning of equipment inspections
• Manage service contractors and monitor quality issues
• Develop procedures for building equipment operation
• Maintain updated reports on maintenance program performance
Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ experience in healthcare maintenance
• Experience with fire alarms, access control, and surveillance systems
• Diploma in Electronic or Instrumentation Technology
• Knowledge of CSA standards and maintenance codes
• Ability to interpret contract documents accurately
