Concrete Products Maintenance Supervisor

Elevate plant operations as a Maintenance Supervisor for Concrete Products lize your maintenance expertise to implement proactive strategies that enhance efficiency, safety, and cost management.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance strategies in our Concrete Products plants, primarily focusing on developing a preventative maintenance program. With over 7 years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory position, you’ll utilize software tools to analyze maintenance costs and identify improvement areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze overall maintenance costs

• Implement proactive preventive maintenance strategies

• Schedule preventive maintenance for the upcoming year

• Organize and supervise daily maintenance operations

• Negotiate with maintenance vendors for cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite

• Journeyman certification preferred

• Strong leadership and safety focus required
