In this role, you will implement proactive maintenance strategies while overseeing a maintenance team. Your primary focus will be to develop a preventative maintenance program and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Lead improvements in cost management by analyzing maintenance metrics and forecasting inventory needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze overall maintenance costs

• Develop proactive maintenance and repair strategies

• Supervise maintenance personnel for safety and quality

• Schedule preventive maintenance effectively

• Collaborate with subcontractors for Job Hazard Analysis

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent

• 7+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision

• Microsoft Suite and Google Suite proficiency

• Journeyman designation preferred

• Strong leadership and safety focus
