Position: Bayer Facilities Maintenance Engineer Role

As a Maintenance Technician with a valid 4th Class Power Engineer certification, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance and responding to repair issues across our locations. Your analytical skills will help monitor equipment performance and implement improvements for optimized efficiency. Safety is paramount, and you will promote adherence to all industry regulations and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency of all facility equipment

• Implement a robust preventive maintenance schedule

• Record maintenance activities and performance metrics

• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues

• Create a safe and compliant work environment

Requirements:

• Valid 4th Class Power Engineer certification

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work 40 hours a week, with overtime as needed

• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

• Capacity to lift up to 60 pounds comfortably
