Position: Full Time Caretaker at University of Manitoba
Become a key part of the University of Manitoba as a full time Caretaker, maintaining cleanliness and safety in various facilities. Contribute to a positive environment every shift from 2:00 pm to 10:15 pm.

This permanent position includes responsibilities spanning maintenance and cleaning across student areas, offices, and all common spaces. You’ll utilize specialized equipment for floor care, support event setups, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide caretaker coverage on a three-shift basis

• Clean and disinfect washrooms and common areas daily

• Maintain and operate specialized flooring equipment

• Coordinate event setups and furniture arrangements

• Report hazardous conditions to supervisors

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Grade 12)

• Minimum one year of related experience

• Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Physical capability for handling heavy lifting
