Position: Level 3 Building Operator Needed
Become a Building Operator Level 3 at Quad Real, providing essential operational support through hands-on building care on a 12-month contract. Ensure properties are clean, safe, and functional.

As the Building Operator Level 3, your role will include regular inspections, maintenance tasks, and minor repairs to uphold best-in-class standards across our industrial portfolio. Your independent judgment and mechanical expertise will directly impact tenant satisfaction and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive inspections of building properties

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vacant units

• Execute repairs like painting and minor plumbing

• Document maintenance activities and inspections accurately

• Participate in safety training and operational meetings

Requirements:

• Proven mechanical aptitude and repair experience

• Competency in reading equipment manuals and building plans

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Skills in applications like Angus and Brightly

• Must hold a valid driver's license and travel between properties
