IS THIS YOU?
You’re an experienced maintenance leader who believes reliability starts long before equipment fails
.
You’re naturally curious.
You ask questions
, listen to the people closest to the work, and look for what the equipment, data, and team are telling you before deciding what needs to change.
You know that leadership is not about having every answer yourself
. It’s about building capability, creating ownership, and helping people do their best work.

- Lead root cause analysis and create practical solutions that improve long‑term equipment performance.
- Turn information from the floor, systems, and data into better decisions.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align priorities and solve problems.
- Support safety, food quality, equipment improvements, and future growth initiatives.
- Maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment, with strong knowledge of PM/PdM, CMMS, planning, and reliability practices.
- A curious, data‑driven approach to problem solving, using trends, root cause analysis, and team knowledge to create lasting improvements.
- A leadership style built on trust and accountability, with experience developing supervisors, trades, and strong teams.
- The ability to balance today’s maintenance needs with improving the systems that strengthen reliability for the future.
