Our Maintenance team is highly customer-focused, providing 24/7 support to ensure company facilities, equipment, and tools operate at peak performance. Working in a fast-paced environment, we rely on strong teamwork to complete tasks efficiently and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Class 4 or 5 Manitoba licensed Power Engineer to join the Maintenance department on a rotating shift at our Steinbach, MB manufacturing facility.

• Maintain operation of the building systems including security and fire protection systems, gas and wood burning boilers, heat exchangers, humidification systems, water treatment systems (including R.O.D.I. and water softeners), H.V.A.C. (heating, ventilating, air conditioning systems)
• Maintain all chemical and boiler records
• Maintain a strong understanding and working knowledge of all controls and building system equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance duties
• Other duties as assigned by managers and maintenance leaders

• Valid Manitoba Class 4 or Class 5 Power Engineer certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Basic computer proficiency
• First Aid Level 2 certification
