CLV Group is seeking an experienced Live-In Superintendent for the Weston Road community. This full time position involves hands-on property management, maintenance operations, and supporting resident needs promptly. You will play a vital role in preserving the aesthetic and safety of this bustling residential environment.
Key Responsibilities- Address routine and urgent maintenance requests efficiently
- Perform repairs on building systems and common areas
- Support operations of property amenities and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Assist with landscaping and snow removal tasks
- 2+ years in property maintenance or building operations
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required
- General understanding of residential systems
- Physically capable of manual tasks and walking
- Successful criminal record check completion
