Maintenance Lead at Eden Mental Health

Lead maintenance operations at Eden Mental Health Centre with a focus on efficiency and quality. Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and contractor services to ensure optimal facility performance.

As the Maintenance Lead under the Quality and Operations Manager, you will direct all maintenance activities at Eden Mental Health Centre. This role requires a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment. You will manage workflows, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with work orders and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance workflow for optimal service delivery

• Supervise contractors and oversee building maintenance

• Arrange and monitor performance of outside contractors

• Ensure all work orders are completed satisfactorily

• Delegate tasks to Maintenance and Groundskeeping staff

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education required

• 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate mandatory

• One year experience in healthcare maintenance

• Supervisory experience in maintenance preferred

• Consideration for suitable combinations of education and experience
