Become the Custodial Crew Leader for Onslow County Schools, overseeing cleanliness and safety in middle and high schools. This vital role combines custodial expertise with leadership skills.
As the Custodial Crew Leader, you will guide a team in maintaining school facilities to create a secure and welcoming environment for students. The ideal candidate will have significant custodial knowledge, experience in training, and ability to manage personnel effectively. A minimum of 3-5 years in custodial roles is preferred.
Responsibilities- Assign custodians and oversee daily tasks
- Train staff on cleaning methods and procedures
- Monitor the condition of school facilities
- Maintain supplies and clerical records
- Ensure proper sanitation levels throughout facilities
- 3-5 years of custodial experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with technology for record keeping
- Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds
- Valid driver's license for transportation
