At Alamos Gold, we seek a detail-oriented Surface Maintenance Planner to join our team in the Island Gold District. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating maintenance plans using SAP, ensuring the protected execution of work orders, and enhancing asset reliability across our facilities. Strong experience in maintenance planning and familiarity with industrial environments are key to succeeding in this position.

• Create and manage detailed maintenance plans in SAP
• Develop job plans including materials and safety controls
• Optimize preventative maintenance programs effectively
• Lead planning meetings and communicate job requirements
• Ensure documentation supports compliance and safety standards

• Technical diploma or relevant experience required
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning or site services
• Strong proficiency in SAP PM/EAM and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Valid Canadian driver's license and clear abstract
