In the full-time Mechanical and Maintenance Manager position, you will play an essential role in the safe and efficient management of Organigram's facility. Your background in facility management and automated systems will support the implementation of maintenance strategies while ensuring high operational standards. You will lead a team while focusing on troubleshooting and enhancing equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct maintenance initiatives to ensure equipment uptime

• Establish and refine Preventive Maintenance strategies

• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic system issues

• Promote safety and compliance in all maintenance efforts

• Manage infrastructure including HVAC and utilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

• 5–10 years in maintenance management

• Expertise in automated manufacturing processes

• Skilled in financial and budget management

• History of improving equipment performance
