Overview

Be part of Rondalyn Camping and RV Resort in Ladysmith, BC as a Seasonal Maintenance Technician. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and full time hours from May to October 2026.

In this position, you will oversee property maintenance, landscaping, and resident support. Your skills in communication and problem-solving will be essential as you keep facilities, such as pools and spas, in excellent condition. Your proactive approach will ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained, benefiting all resort visitors.

• Maintain and repair community buildings and equipment
• Support residents with firewood and other needs
• Conduct water quality testing and record data
• Ensure cleanliness of tools and work areas
• Be prepared for emergency calls after hours

• Clean Driver’s Abstract necessary
• Current water ticket or pool certification is a plus
• Ability to lift and work at heights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to undergo training for certifications
