Position: QuadReal Building Operator Contract Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of property exteriors and interiors

• Maintain cleanliness of vacant units and operational areas

• Execute minor repairs including plumbing and drywall

• Manage preventative maintenance tasks effectively

• Assist Property Management with operational support

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and relevant maintenance experience

• Skill in interpreting building drawings and documentation

• Proficient in operational platforms, including Share Point

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
