As a Maintenance Associate, your mission will be to ensure the facility meets high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves cleaning and maintaining restrooms, showers, and assisting with general upkeep. Ideal candidates should be proactive, enjoy working as part of a team, and be ready to meet the physical demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store

• Sanitize showers and restroom areas

• Manage the washing and distribution of towels

• Perform maintenance and minor repair activities

• Coordinate trash collection inside and around the facility

Requirements:

• Self-starter with strong teamwork skills

• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Flexible working hours including weekends

• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
