Enhance the operational efficiency of Elk Valley Resources as a Maintenance Supervisor. Engage in a rewarding role while experiencing the stunning Elk Valley of British Columbia on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
Key Responsibilities- Direct team efforts in troubleshooting equipment issues
- Oversee quality maintenance tasks for mine equipment
- Manage work schedules and ensure adherence to safety
- Supervise and evaluate contractor and employee performance
- Help develop and manage maintenance supply needs
- Trade certification or relevant technical degree
- At least five years of mining maintenance experience
- Proven supervisory skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
