Position: Full Time Maintenance Helper
EZ Workforce INC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Helper in Winnipeg, MB for a full-time role. The position involves physically demanding tasks in various work conditions.

This in-house Maintenance Helper position offers 40 hours per week with flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings. Candidates must be able to handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment. Previous experience is not required, but strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks under supervision

• Handle heavy loads efficiently up to 50 lbs

• Ensure work area is clean and organized

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks

• Adapt to physically demanding work conditions

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (1 month to 7 months preferred)

• Must possess steel-toed safety boots and gloves

• Ability to work in dusty and hot environments

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
