Position: Amrize Maintenance Supervisor Role

Join Amrize as a Maintenance Supervisor specializing in Concrete Products. Your leadership will shape a robust maintenance system focused on safety, efficiency, and cost control.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll implement solutions for our Concrete Products plants while cultivating a culture of proactive maintenance. With a solid foundation of experience, including a minimum of 7 years in manufacturing and 2 years in supervision, you’ll create and manage programs that prioritize efficiency and safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and track maintenance metrics and KPIs

• Lead a team in organizing daily maintenance tasks

• Foster a proactive maintenance culture and schedule

• Conduct vendor negotiations for maintenance supplies

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum 7 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google tools

• Preferred journeyman Millwright, Electrician, or Mechanic certification

• Demonstrated decisiveness and initiative
