• Track and analyze maintenance costs by category

• Innovate methods to enhance safety and efficiency

• Schedule annual preventive maintenance for equipment

• Support maintenance-related training and job analyses

• Supervise daily maintenance tasks and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent

• 7+ years manufacturing experience with supervisory duties

• Journeyman certification preferred

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite

• Excellent planning and decisiveness skills
