We seek a reliable Building Maintenance Worker to manage the upkeep of our condominium. You will perform vital maintenance tasks like cleaning and basic repairs, while overseeing contractors for larger projects. Supervising maintenance staff is essential to guarantee a secure atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and stairs

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners for efficient debris removal

• Maintain cleanliness standard by emptying trash cans daily

• Wash windows and interior surfaces to enhance hygiene

• Supervise other maintenance personnel to ensure efficiency

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent

• No prior experience required; training available

• Bilingual in English or French is preferred

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

• Show apartments to prospective tenants as needed
