As a key member of Amrize's operations, your role will include developing a proactive maintenance strategy while overseeing day-to-day maintenance functions. You will manage costs, implement safety protocols, and provide direction to staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards across concrete product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving measures

• Implement Job Hazard Analysis for maintenance activities

• Schedule and track preventive maintenance tasks

• Inspire a safety culture among maintenance staff

• Organize personnel daily to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience required

• 2+ years in a leadership position

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• Journeyman Millwright or Electrician preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
