As a Maintenance Assistant, you will work closely with Property Managers, assisting in a range of maintenance activities including renovation projects and exterior painting.

Your role will also encompass cleaning and general upkeep, enabling the property to remain in top condition. You’ll support staff in daily tasks and respond efficiently to maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in renovation and maintenance projects as needed

• Perform exterior painting tasks to enhance properties

• Maintain lawns and oversee grounds cleanliness

• Conduct property cleaning and general upkeep duties

• Support maintenance staff with day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

• Strong reliability and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
