Brampton Part-Time School Cleaner

Become a part-time School Cleaner at Kirby Moor School in Brampton, Cumbria, and play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness for our young learners. This position involves 20 hours per week, focusing on high-quality cleaning standards from 3pm to 7pm daily.

In this role with Kirby Moor School, you’ll utilize your cleaning expertise while working in a therapeutic educational setting. We seek individuals with prior experience in cleaning educational facilities and an eye for detail. Job-share candidates are welcomed to apply for 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vacuum, mop, and maintain school flooring

• Manage waste disposal and bin cleanliness

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas

• Ensure adequate supplies in bathrooms

• Dust and organize furniture throughout the school

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning a large commercial venue

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

• Flexible in handling different cleaning responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in using cleaning tools effectively

• Must complete an enhanced DBS Check
