Evergreen School Division Caretaker Position

Location: Winnipeg Beach

Join the Evergreen School Division team as a Caretaker B at Winnipeg Beach School. This role is part-time, 5 hours a day from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, focusing on cleanliness and safety.

As a Caretaker, you will be required to have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Ideal candidates will have previous experience or training and will excel in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include snow removal and floor care while observing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the school

• Execute snow removal and floor maintenance tasks

• Lift objects up to 40 lbs safely

• Manage workload independently and effectively

• Follow safety protocols including WHMIS and MSDS

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 is required

• Training or experience in caretaking preferred

• Attention to detail with a strong work ethic

• Capable of performing required physical duties

• Background checks are mandatory
