As a key member of Physical Plant Services, you will engage in various maintenance tasks while exercising initiative and independent judgment. You'll require a minimum of two years of experience in maintenance, coupled with skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role emphasizes attention to detail and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor building and medical systems for functionality

• Respond to work orders and perform repairs

• Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment

• Demonstrate initiative in work prioritization

• Collaborate within the Physical Plant Services team

Requirements:

• Minimum two years' experience in maintenance

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems

• Grade twelve education or equivalent completion

• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
