As a Maintenance Assistant, you will work under the Maintenance Team Lead to support Donwood's comprehensive maintenance program. Candidates with post-secondary education in a trade and experience in the healthcare or housing sector are preferred. Your communication skills in English will facilitate effective teamwork and prioritization of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned

• Maintain tracking tools for  workflow management

• Complete daily maintenance routines efficiently

• Follow the preventative maintenance program accurately

• Oversee shipping item reception and inspection

Requirements:

• Experience in diverse maintenance tasks required

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle access

• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

• Proficient verbal and written English skills

• Capacity to manage fluctuating workloads
