Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cleanliness in common areas and outdoors

• Show available apartments to prospective tenants

• Monitor building security and respond to issues

• Maintain machinery and perform snow clearing

• Document maintenance requests and inventory

Requirements:

• Experience in property management preferred

• Competence in multitasking various duties

• Proficient with necessary tools and equipment

• Ability to perform physical cleaning and maintenance tasks

• Background checks must clear
