Position: Temporary School Custodian at School District 10
Become a Temporary School Custodian with School District 10 (Arrow Lakes) to maintain clean and safe facilities. This role supports effective cleaning operations and security protocols across the district.

As a temporary custodian, you will work under the Manager of Operations and Transportation. This position may lead to regular employment opportunities and involves following the district's cleaning program, responding to maintenance requests, and securing facilities effectively. You will also engage with team members to monitor supplies and ensure readiness for school and community use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the district cleaning program for facility upkeep

• Secure windows, doors, and set alarms as needed

• Report maintenance and supply needs to management

• Organize cleaning schedules for optimal facility use

• Participate in job-related training and maintain policies

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion; custodial certification desirable

• Recent custodial experience of at least four months

• WHMIS certification within the last three years

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Strong communication skills in digital and verbal formats
