Position: Maintenance Technician for Community Health Center

The Maintenance Technician collaborates with the Facility Manager to ensure the upkeep of Mount Carmel Clinic's properties, emphasizing safety for staff and the community. With at least two years of experience in maintenance roles, you will handle a range of tasks from general repairs to grounds maintenance, contributing to the clinic's mission of community care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance repairs and general upkeep of facilities

• Manage plumbing and electrical work as needed

• Operate equipment for outside grounds maintenance

• Work alongside team members to maintain safety standards

• Respond to facility maintenance issues effectively

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Two years' relevant maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical knowledge and collaboration skills

• Must lift up to 75 pounds and work in various conditions
