As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will report to the Technical Services Manager while ensuring that equipment and building maintenance are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include coordinating building inspections, overseeing maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will be integral in delivering high-quality service to enhance our resident's living experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement service plans for building maintenance

• Conduct inspections and report issues to TSM

• Coordinate with staff to resolve operational issues

• Maintain accurate life safety and service records

• Oversee maintenance teams for safety and service excellence

Requirements:

• Trade certification in gas, refrigeration, or building services

• 4-6 years experience in building or facility maintenance

• Knowledge of safety legislation and building codes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Supervisory experience in a technical environment
