Actionmarguerite is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper and Maintenance Helper to maintain facilities and outdoor spaces. This full-time role focuses on upkeep, safety, and aesthetic enhancement of environments.

The Groundskeeper and Maintenance Helper plays a vital role in ensuring well-maintained outdoor spaces across Actionmarguerite sites. With responsibilities that include preventative maintenance and responding to work requisitions, the position requires a proactive and mechanically inclined individual. A commitment to excellence in service and adaptability in changing conditions is necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform building and grounds maintenance duties

• Complete ongoing work requisitions efficiently

• Carry out preventative maintenance on equipment

• Collaborate with various service contracts

• Maintain safe and appealing outdoor areas

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and related trade experience

• Minimum of three years in a relevant field

• Bilingual in French and English

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working independently
