Canlan Ice Sports is seeking a skilled Ice Maintenance Person responsible for ensuring pristine ice surfaces across our multi-sport complexes. Candidates should possess solid experience with ice resurfacing equipment and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. This hands-on role includes maintaining grounds, performing janitorial tasks, and operating various maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Ice Resurfacer and Edger effectively

• Measure ice depth and perform ice leveling

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and parking areas

• Execute minor repairs on facilities and equipment

• Complete janitorial tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Previous experience with ice resurfacing tasks

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
