We are currently seeking motivated High-Rise Window Cleaners to join our team.

• Clean windows to a high standard using professional window cleaning tools and equipment
• Perform high-rise window cleaning safely while following all company safety policies and procedures
• Use hand tools and power equipment as required
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any maintenance concerns
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with general facility maintenance and related duties as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Valid Manitoba driver’s licence
• Comfortable working at heights (typically 15–20 storeys)
• Eligible to obtain a Federal Security Clearance (preference given to candidates who have lived in Canada for at least five years)
• Previous commercial window cleaning or custodial experience is considered an asset
• Experience using professional window cleaning tools and equipment is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting as required

• Compensation: From $16.00 per hour
