In this role, you will execute essential maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of equipment and the grounds. With a strong emphasis on quality service, you will support multiple Actionmarguerite sites, utilizing your skills in trades such as plumbing and landscaping. Strong communication abilities in both French and English are necessary to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment

• Carry out ongoing work requisitions

• Maintain aesthetics and safety of outdoor areas

• Work independently or within a team

• Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education

• Three years of related maintenance experience

• Valid driver’s license mandatory

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

• Clear Criminal Record Check required
