Position: Ice Facility Maintenance Person Needed
Join Canlan Sports as an Ice Facility Maintenance Person and contribute to maintaining ice quality and facility cleanliness. Experience in ice resurfacing and general maintenance is essential for this role.

In this hands-on position at Canlan Ice Sports, you will ensure timely ice flooding and equipment upkeep within a recreational sports setting. Responsibilities include operating ice resurfacing machines, janitorial work, and performing minor repairs while adhering to safety regulations. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ice resurfacing and edging tasks

• Maintain cleanliness of entrances and grounds

• Perform minor maintenance on facility and ice equipment

• Execute janitorial duties effectively and promptly

• Keep comprehensive maintenance records and reports

Requirements:

• Completed high school education preferred

• Previous experience with ice resurfacing equipment

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Organized and motivated to maintain facility standards
