Position: Facility Tradesperson for McPhillips Casino
Become a Facility Tradesperson at McPhillips Station and Club Regent, focusing on the maintenance and repair of essential systems and equipment. This role is key in ensuring operational excellence for the casinos.

Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, you will handle service requests, monitor building systems, and conduct preventative maintenance checks across both facilities. With responsibilities ranging from water treatment to repair tasks, your proficiency in multiple maintenance areas will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address service requests with a focus on urgent needs

• Fill out daily maintenance checklists and logs

• Perform water treatment tests with proper chemical management

• Ensure building systems are functioning efficiently

• Conduct grounds inspections and shop cleaning

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma preferred

• A minimum of two years in building maintenance

• Certification for operating lifts is beneficial

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications

• Hold a valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License
