Lead Maintenance Supervisor - Afternoon Shift

Become a Lead Maintenance Supervisor for Winpak's afternoon shift. Ensure seamless operations and safety by leading maintenance initiatives from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

In this full-time position, you will oversee a skilled maintenance team, including electricians and millwrights, focusing on effective coordination of maintenance tasks. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will prioritize workflows, conduct meetings, and instill a culture of safety and collaboration within the team. Your leadership will support continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the afternoon maintenance staff

• Prioritize and assign maintenance work orders

• Conduct safety meetings and ensure effective communication

• Monitor maintenance activities for reliability

• Foster a culture of compliance and safety

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance operation experience

• 3+ years in a supervisory role with a mentoring focus

• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment practices

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Proven experience in coordinating across multiple trades
