Position: Actionmarguerite Full-Time Maintenance Assistant
Enhance Actionmarguerite facilities as a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Helper, focusing on upkeep and aesthetics of outdoor spaces. This full-time role requires good maintenance practices and reliability.

This position covers essential tasks for maintaining grounds and buildings across various Actionmarguerite sites. You will conduct maintenance work, manage ongoing requisitions, and ensure a safe and inviting outdoor environment. Trade certifications, especially in groundskeeping or HVAC, will enrich our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of facilities and outdoor areas

• Implement preventative maintenance strategies on equipment

• Respond to work requisitions as needed

• Maximize the aesthetic and safety of outdoor spaces

• Support Actionmarguerite service contracts effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• A valid driver’s license is necessary

• Minimum of three years' experience in maintenance

• Knowledge in relevant trades is an advantage

• Must be proficient in both French and English
