Become a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Helper with Actionmarguerite, focusing on the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. This full-time term position is suited for versatile maintenance professionals.

In this role, you will be instrumental in executing maintenance tasks for buildings and grounds at Actionmarguerite sites. The position requires completing work requisitions and engaging in preventative maintenance duties, essential for sustaining a safe and inviting atmosphere. A motivated self-starter with mechanical aptitude will excel in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance duties for buildings and grounds

• Address and complete ongoing work requisitions

• Implement preventative strategies for equipment maintenance

• Support compliance with health and safety standards

• Ensure outdoor areas are safe and visually appealing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license and trade certifications a plus

• At least three years of relevant experience

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
