As a Janitor/Production Support team member at Custom Castings, you will maintain vital areas within our facility, ensuring both safety and organization. With a focus on cleanliness, you will manage the uniform program while supporting overall operational efficiency. Your efforts will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality aluminum castings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in production areas, offices, and washrooms

• Supervise the employee uniform program

• Securely dispose of former employee lockers

• Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the facility

• Operate snow removal equipment as necessary

Requirements:

• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is an advantage

• Willing to learn and operate floor cleaning machinery

• Ability to handle weights up to 50 lbs

• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
